The short version
Buy Pro once and use it on as many sites as you like, forever, with updates included. Be reasonable: do not resell it as your own. If it is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days.
1. What you are buying
Fuse Social Icons Pro is a WordPress plugin licence. Buying Pro gives you a licence key that unlocks the Pro features and entitles you to plugin updates and priority support. You are licensing the software, not purchasing ownership of it.
2. Licence scope
- One purchase covers unlimited websites — your own and those you build for clients.
- The licence is a one-time payment. There is no subscription and nothing expires.
- Updates are included for the life of the product.
- You may modify the plugin for your own use.
- You may not resell, redistribute or sublicense the plugin as your own product, and you may not share or resell your licence key.
The plugin is released under the GPL, and nothing here limits the rights that licence grants you in the plugin’s code.
3. The free version
The free plugin is distributed through WordPress.org under the GPL and is provided as-is. These terms apply to it only where they concern this website.
4. Payment
Payments are handled by Freemius, who act as merchant of record. Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated by Freemius at checkout.
5. Refunds
We offer a 14-day refund. See the refund policy for the detail.
6. Support
Free users are supported through the WordPress.org forum. Pro customers get priority email support at support@fusefloat.com. Support covers the plugin itself — we cannot debug unrelated theme or plugin conflicts, custom code, or your server, though we will usually tell you what we think is going on.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the plugin to break the law, to mislead people about who they are contacting, or in a way that harms your visitors.
8. Warranty and liability
The plugin is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We do our best to ship stable, well-tested code, but we cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free on every combination of theme, plugin and host. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us. Always keep a backup before installing or updating anything on a live site.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the plugin after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
